The Challenge
Northloop is a B2B SaaS product sold to a narrow, senior buyer set. Founder-led selling was working, but didn't scale. They needed a real outbound motion, a CRM that reflected how they actually sold, and enough automation that every hour of rep time went to conversations, not admin.
